Our color sorter uses world-class full color CCD, ensuring high discrimination of different materials with very small color differences. The machine is belt-type and has two layers with each having four groups of channels. So the materials can be spread well and a high sorting accuracy of up to 99% can be obtained. The productivity can be up to 2000 kg raw materials per hour.

Real-time display of actual material image:Only the real-time image display on the screen is called color sorting machine,fully exerting the advantage of color sorter.

Long-life LED light source:With uniform color and long life, the use time of LED light is ten times more than that of old fluorescent tube.

Lower damage ratio with belt-type structure: With belt conveyor and material horizontal transportation, making small collision and low damage ration for materials.

High sorting accuracy with belt-type structure:Uniform and stable belt conveyor speed making good quality products and impurities move at the same speed, which is useful for accurately sorting and its sorting accuracy is much greater than that of traditional chute-type color sorter. Lower optimized carryover: Adopting particular image processing technology,lowering optimized carryover for raw materials and reducing unnecessary losses for customers.
